ReflexWebs Solutions provides digital services. This policy explains how and when those services are delivered.
No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no courier or postage charges. Everything we provide is delivered online.
How services are delivered
- Websites and web applications: published to your domain and hosting, with login details shared securely.
- Logos, branding and design files: sent by email or a secure download link.
- Content and blog writing: sent by email or a shared document, or published directly to your website.
- Marketing, maintenance and support plans: carried out each month, with updates shared by email.
Delivery timeframes
Typical timeframes, counted from when we receive your payment and all the content we need from you:
- Starter Website: about 2 weeks
- Business Website: 3–4 weeks
- E-commerce Store: 4–6 weeks
- Custom Web Application: agreed in your proposal after discovery
- Add-ons and other services: confirmed in your quote or invoice
Your proposal or invoice states the timeframe for your project, and that timeframe applies if it differs from the list above.
Delays
Timeframes depend on receiving your content, feedback and approvals on time. If a delay occurs on either side, we will tell you promptly and agree a revised date.
Confirmation of delivery
We confirm delivery by email or WhatsApp when your work is complete. If you have not received something you expected, contact us at hello@reflexwebs.com.
