ReflexWebs Solutions (“ReflexWebs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) runs the website reflexwebs.com and provides web design, development, branding and digital marketing services. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have. It is written to meet our obligations under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and the message you write.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Free website audit: your name, email, optional phone number and the website address you ask us to check, together with the audit results.

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and its database.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies. IP addresses are anonymised.
- Email and communication tools we use to correspond with you.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Client records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and only authorised members of our team can view them through a password-protected admin area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities as the law requires if a breach affects you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update inaccurate data;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop sending you the newsletter or any marketing;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, including for analytics cookies, using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
Grievance officer
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance officer at hello@reflexwebs.com with the subject line “Privacy grievance”. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes, and change the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
